Greg Dekker is Vice-President, Sales Effectiveness, for the Teknion Corporation, where he leads the customer collaboration, industry analysis, and sales skills development teams.
A compelling facilitator, Greg speaks, advises, and creates immersive experiences on workplace strategy, workfloMAP©, Lab30©, change management, innovation, and understanding generational differences. He has worked with many of the most dynamic corporations across the globe.
Greg is the author of numerous discovery seminars, including Shatter!, The Creative Director, Say Anything, Power Tools for Change, the JETSONS, The FOCUS Game, and FRIENDS – the business power of Social Spaces. He created and directs PODIUM©, a professional practice group for presentation and facilitation skills. His use of tools and engaging style make learning effective and memorable. Together with his wife Rebecca, he wrote and produced successful sales training materials including hands on product training, POWER CAMP success weekends, the original S.A.L.S.A. interactive workshop, and the Lead Your Way audio recording. Prior to speaking and coaching, Greg served as national sales manager for Baker Furniture and as an applied research consultant with Steelcase Inc.
